When can I expect my order to arrive? |

Your order will arrive within 2-4 weeks. You will receive an email with an estimated shipping date and again when your order has shipped.

Of course. Your order is received over a secure network. All information is considered confidential and private. No information is given to any third party; your information is used for the processing of your individual order only. |

What are my shipping and handling charges? |
|
Wearable art items (jewelry and scarves) will be charged $5 for S&H per order. $0.50 will be charged for each item within that order.
Decor items will be charged $5 for S&H per order. $1.50 will be charged for each item within that order.
Orders over $200 will be shipped for free.
**Please note that we cannot ship to PO addresses. |

Are gift certificates available? |

Yes. Please choose an amount and your certificate will be valid for one year. Your recipient will receive a lovely gift certificate redeemable for any item available or a unique custom order. |

Are gift wrapping options available? |

Absolutely. A $5 charge per item or order will apply.
Please choose from these categories: Birthday or
Christmas (holidays noted throughout the year).
Please also note if the recipient is a child or adult.
You may add a personalized message as well and I will include a special card. If you have a special occasion, please note that in the message space. |

How do I redeem a gift certificate? |
|
Please send an email with your order details. Include the number located on your gift certificate with the amount. I will call you with a confirmation and you can pay for the difference or receive a credit for any remaining amount. |

Custom Orders |

How do I order a custom item? |
|
It's easy! Just let me know what you envision with my easy to use custom check list. I will then contact you with a proposal. The cost will be 15% above the item cost you see on the website. You pay me and then I whip it up and send it off to you within 2-4 weeks.
Special jewelry requests and vase art requests will require a specific email; no custom checklist provided (there are many choices already built in to the ordering process for these items with my options choices and artist's choice policy.) |

I use strong invisible jewelry cord, velvet ribbon, leather or silk thread for necklaces and anklets.
All findings are sterling silver with toggle clasps.
I use many crystal, glass, shell and porcelain beads.

Could you please explain "artist's choice" once again? |
|
This is the core idea of my unique website. This ensures that you get a quality, handmade piece of art. Nothing is mass produced. The slight surprise element you receive is alot of fun for you and for me! Please remember though that you will receive something very similar to the photos you see; only slight variations will occur. |
